Please can you provide me with the following information
Please provide information on when the Consultancy Solace
Enterprises has been used since 1997 by nelc for:
1. Recommending Senior Management for posts within NELC or
associated bodies.
2. Salary scales for Senior Management within NELC or associated
bodies.
3. Detail the salary level for the management position before
Solace Enterprises became involved and the salary level after their
recommendations were made and taken up for 1 and 2 above.
4.Detail which positions have been filled as a result of
recommendations by Solace Enterprises.
5. Detail the positions where salary changes took place on the
recommendation by Solace Enterprises but the personnel did not
change.
6. How many members of our current council are members of Solice
6.5 What has been the total cost each year for involvement with
Solice for each year since we started using it
7 Who made the decision to increase the wages of the current Chief
Exec and what was the date of the council meeting were that
decision was taken
8. What were the guiding factors in giving this increase
9. Do any of the decision making board in relation to this
employment, receive a premium or share or financial incentive from
Solice

9. What was the total cost of removing/replacing the prior Chief
Exec. ( please include all known costs )
10. What is the mechanism for employing a new chief exec within our
council, is it done the same for any staff, or are there different
procedures.
