(Continue on separate sheets if necessary)
Poor financial performance and abuse of position to increase pay/severence package and improve future job prospects.
I suggest that ********, among others during the period 2008 – 2009- performed poorly in relation to financial managment of my council investments. Particularly, as you can see from the report below, important information was missed and my council invested over 4.5 million in the iclandic bank AFTER they had recieved an email of there paid adviseres suggesting it ws unsafe ? I consider this failure substantial and the section 151 officer, as determined by our consitutional arraingements, is responcable
I also suggest that the initial investigation conducted by my council was flawed becase it involved people responcable for the failings.
point 2
I suggest Mr*****, amongst others abused his position within the council to increace his pay ( and maybe pentioin fees ) by swapping his job during the investigations to business executive
Point 3
I suggest Mr ****abused his position by pre-empting his dismissal after understanding the investigations would have conciquences for his current post and applied for a job at another council, before the publication of the auditors special interest report. http://www.audit-commission.gov.uk/localgov/audit/pir/Pages/nelincolnshirecouncilpir24jun2009.aspx

Questions 5-10
You may lodge a complaint with CIPFA at any time. You do not have to complain to the member’s employer or other regulatory bodies first or, if you do, you do not have to await the outcome of any other complaint. However, CIPFA members are regulated in a number of ways and it will be helpful for us to know what investigations/enquiries have been carried out previously.
