What we can do about this

I intend to use the the council offices at Grimsby cleethorpes and immingham to hold the refferendum to removew the failing special executive and put in rules to ensure that they council is run for the benefit of the public that it serves.

We are going to do this  by demanding a refferendum on the following issuses

1.  Directly elected mayor ( stops cryonisums ) gives power for the general directrion of the council back to the voting public

2.  Rule changes for the operation of our council. ( we are going  to  put in place rules to make sure we do not end up here again  )

3.
Its not only the council that stinks around here. Lets take this opertunity to get to the bottom of  the smell that greats you as you enter our great county.  It used to smell of fish (our
one time great industry ),   now it smells like the air in a council meeting were they are discussing blame.

These rules are goinf to be about publishing there work starght away, unless absurlutly nessasery.  Freedom of informatioin is the beest way to improve our council.  What they can not hide, they can not hide away from.   I also intend to suggest that our ward councilors pick our special executive from applicants.  Again, this gives the voting public a chance to change things when  they go wrong and stops promoting failing officers ( thats whats been going on at the moment )

public
and the council taking court or bailifas action against its votes.
his person sould also review ay complaints into the council

the pblic were fit.

up with  the excuses, well our council constitution
allows
us to vote them all out, sort of press the reset button This is how we
are going to do it.

I intend to start the process to call a
referendum to request a directly electable mayor, ( with authority )
and call to remove all the senior management.

do you need to do.  Simple   ( they will not let me
do it on
line ) i have requested that forms be left at every council office to
allow votes ( any residence ) to  sign, thats it.  If
i can
collect more than 5800 votes , we can force a referendum
