    I have asked you to back down from the illegal action your staff commenced against me starting in 2005 commencing with my bankruptcy 2007.

    You need to consider how many times you asked me to provide proof of payments by bank statements.

    I asked you to back down for a few specific reasons

    1. You acted illegally/inappropriately at the time and your system shows that

    2. You have the evidence on you system that directly shows illegal action, always have had it, and you have constantly refused to supply it in a manor that show the transfers

    3. The cost for not backing down appropriately is substantial, and its public money your playing with. Not just the councils and my costs, the courts costs are still borne by the public

    4. We have had more serious problems caused by your council and its legal officers not checking very important records for my kids and the action of your social services in relation to placing my daughter with drug addicts

    5. Your staff have lied to a judge in relation to accounts you had on your system

    6. You have lied to the judge and the ombudsman’s investigation officers about payment you received from me between 2005-2007 from my bank and about the arraingement set up in 2005

    I have asked you to confirm by yes no answers at the end of this documents some facts

    What gives me the right to try and remove you from your job as a public employee.

    These are my accounts as YOUR system showed them if they would have been administered properly.

    Account 2005 – july 07 as per the councils computer systems

    You never got the council tax accounts correctly administered, but I am going to start this from a day that you thought you did

    I am going to show you the administration of your accounts from Sept 2005 when you threatened me with bankruptcy, to the day you bankrupted me

    So the true outstanding figure on this date was approx £ 3064.03 ( ~ £ 300 )

    IMPORTANT NOTICE FOR LEGAL

    You have stated to a judge and to the LGO and to me on many occasions that these payments did not exist in this form.

    As you can see on your own system, not only did you have all of these recorded properly, one of you officers was manoeuvring the payments between my accounts on 12th September 2006 ( the day before you informed me of commencing bankruptcy action. ( 13th Sept )

    I have sent the pack my attempts to pay many times, just look at page one, dated 13th september 2005.

    Understanding what the officers was allowed to do during the period you was refusing payment ( sept 13th 06 – March 07 ) with my records and payments, while refusing to show or explain them properly is sickening.

    My understanding is that its the monitoring officers job to make sure legal application of the rules

    Fact –6 Agree or disagree Payment arraignment

    I say that you system shows that we agreed a payment arraignment in 2005. The evidence I show is

    1. Doc one – From 13th sept 2005 giving me 14 days to arrange payment

    2. Doc three Sep 05 Telling me to do it immediately

    3. Doc 4 Payment lists from your system from October 05 with payments on every account requested

    4. FACT– YOU STOPPED ALL ACTION WHEN YOU received PAYMENT

    The payment arraignment was agreed between me and pauleen bishop at the end of September 2005. I was told to make the payment references from my bank include my initials and the property address so Mrs Bishop would be able to add the next years accounts on them without adding charges. I was told that I had to pay my ongoing liability’s plus 20%py of my debt

    Just so there is no misunderstanding about what them council records show

    1. Outstanding Debt 13th sept 05 – £ 3000. approx ( ~300 )

    2. Payments from me direct to there bank every week totalling £ 2670

    3. I was told to pay my ongoing liability + 20% off my debt each year

    4. I managed to pay my ongoing liability plus over 50% of my debt in the 52 weeks sept 05 – sept 06

    5. I made more payments than this in this period to bailiffs but to make things easyer to understand I have just shown direct bank payments

    If you disagree with Fact 6 please show it with EVIDENCE from your system or a statement from The monitoring officer. I have more evidence on this

    Doc 6 The costs you generated against me for this .( Withheld from the council )

    Doc 7 I very nearly lost my house over this.

    So I am going to formally asking you some questions tomorrow

    1. What has been the percentage increase in managers wagers in the finance dept since 2005 ( estimate will do )

    2. Do you now consider any of your action against me appropriate

    3. Who refused to withdraw when I requested and on what grounds.

    I do have a proposal for sorting this out if you don’t want me to-do it through the regulators, press court and police.

    If you leaver me to sort it out I put the second set of paperwork together with this ( finding Sharon ). If you want to sort this out, you need to start straight away and contact me,

    If you sort it out, I leave you to deal with all the other incidences that I have raised from the police, audit commission ( district ), Cipfa, LGO, SRA and I take the time out to start putting my kids lifes back on track after being exposed to your social services last year and fighting for my house since 2007 .

    I have produced similar documents highlighting the cost during this periods and wage increases,.and I have properly recalculated all my account payments and charges back to 1997.
