All Ward Councillors

After nearly completing my investigations into the council and its management since 2003. I have a solution that the public around here will warm to.

With the above I am suggesting ;
This is not aimed at the ward councillors positions unless your not agreeing to back it. If I do this alone, it will be a complete none of the above.
I intend to use the the council offices at Grimsby Cleethorpes and immingham to hold the referendum to remove the failing special executive and put in rules to ensure that they council is run for the benefit of the public that it serves.
We are going to do this by demanding a referendum on the following issues
1. Directly elected mayor ( stops cryonisums ) gives power for the general direction of the council back to the voting public
2. Rule changes for the operation of our council.
These rules are going to be about publishing there work straight away, unless absolutely necessary. Freedom of information is the best way to improve our council. What they can not hide, they can not hide away from.
I also intend to suggest that our ward councillors pick our special executive from applicants and our ward councillors pick there wages and benefits as well. . Again, this gives the voting public a chance to change things when they go wrong and stops promoting failing officers ( that’s what’s been going on at the moment ) It puts responsibility back in the hands of the ward councillors and the power back in the hand of the voters.
And the above, obviously means removing the old executive
3. Its not only the council that stinks around here.
Lets take this opportunity to get to the bottom of the smell that greats you as you enter our great county.
It used to smell of fish (our one time great industry ), now it smells like the air in a council meeting were they are discussing blame. This has stayed like this because its a hard and a big dissension to move it. Well, its also to big a problem to ignore, for vast numbers of Grimsby residence, there houses stink of the toilet when the wind blows the wrong way.
4. Most importantly. New post for our executive.
Public-protection officer. I propose a new post as an interface between the public and the council taking court or bailiffs action against its voters. his person should also review any complaints into the council by the public. This person should be able to independently review any officer actions in relation to the public.

You have had and understand my communications with the auditor. ( that’s the stuff the legal team intercepted when I left them for you ). ( in that pack, you may be interested to look at the letter to mr Defratis in 2007, This actions should not be a surprise
I am also completing a web page that shows all the letters that I have sent all the ward councillors since I started this.
