Commercial property development in Grimsby opens to tenants.
North Lincolnshire welcomes new property development worth £3 million.
A new commercial property development worth £3 million has opened in Grimsby.
Earlier this week, the e-Factor Enterprise Village at Albert Street Gardens welcomed its first tenants.
The property investment is a government funded initiative which provides support to new companies in the area, offering them low rent and short-term leases, the BBC News reported.
Office space manager Tony Parkinson said: “We help them start the business, help them get confidence in their business and then when they are ready we work with them … talk to them about moving out into the outside world.”
The property development marks the biggest commercial real estate construction in Grimsby for 20 years.
E-Factor also operates across Immingham and Cleethorpes as part of a £18.7 million grant awarded to North East Lincolnshire Council.
As well as giving up and coming entrepreneurs office space, the initiative provides them with practical business advice, workshops, financial guidance and puts on a range of seminars and courses to improve and develop their skills.
