    Dear Mr Hunter And Mr Rob Walsh

    I have just come off the phone to the commissionaire for data protection in relation to your refusal to acknowledge requests.

    I have been informed, ( as we told you before ),. that data protection requests ( Subject access requests ) do not come under the same legislation.

    It was confirmed to us that each SAR request should have been acknowledged and actioned within the 20 day limit.

    Rather than just say, send them, please can you explain why these was not treat in accordance with the ICO recommendations.

    Obviously I require them sending. And that is all the SAR requests or specific indication as to were you have provided the data accurately

    So there is absolutely no chance of misunderstanding, I have directly suggested that you have been refusing to comply with some of the DPA sar requests because it shows very serious maladministration, by the people imposing this.
