Send me the acknowledgement from the york office that they have received my objection to there FOI response, you have only acknowledged receiving the document.
You may also consider it prudent to get your legal officers from your London office to look at the responses and actions of your york office. I presume you have now been notified by all the other gov depts that i have brought into this to, three of my FOI request were in anticipation of this happening

This shows the imbalance between your concern for cost for the authority but it show your comp[leate lack of understanding and concern for cost of the public. I think this also shows the LGO lack of capacity to fairly administer justice to the public:

This shows what complete lack of faith the public hold in the dissions you make. I THINK THAT THERE IS A MORE IMPORTANT ANGLE TO THIS AS WELL. Am good with numbers me. And i have noticed a discrepancy in how some of these fiigurs are presented. I am interested in the relation ship between the actual number of complainants that ask for comeback, in relation to the number of complainant that have made the complaints. I think i have already spotted a discrepancy/misrepresentation.
